Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are registered in the Shanghai Mental Health Information Management System and are currently staying in a designated district-level mental health center ward
- You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia according to the ICD-10 international diagnostic guidelines
- You are between 18 and 45 years old
- You are able to take care of yourself independently in daily life
- Your condition has been stable (no serious worsening of symptoms) for at least 1 week before joining, and your medication doses have stayed the same for at least 1 week
- You have no disabilities affecting the use of your hands, and can use a mobile phone or tablet normally
- You have completed at least primary school education
- Your vision and hearing are normal, or are corrected to a normal level (for example, with glasses or hearing aids)
- You own a smartphone or other electronic device and can use it on your own
- You and your family agree to take part in the study and are willing to sign a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- You do not plan to live in Shanghai after leaving the hospital
- You have a serious physical illness or a condition affecting the brain (confirm with trial site)
- You have been diagnosed with another mental health or psychotic condition in addition to schizophrenia
