Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are registered in the Shanghai Mental Health Information Management System and are currently staying in a designated district-level mental health center ward
  • You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia according to the ICD-10 international diagnostic guidelines
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You are able to take care of yourself independently in daily life
  • Your condition has been stable (no serious worsening of symptoms) for at least 1 week before joining, and your medication doses have stayed the same for at least 1 week
  • You have no disabilities affecting the use of your hands, and can use a mobile phone or tablet normally
  • You have completed at least primary school education
  • Your vision and hearing are normal, or are corrected to a normal level (for example, with glasses or hearing aids)

  • You and your family agree to take part in the study and are willing to sign a consent form

Who may not be able to join:

  • You do not plan to live in Shanghai after leaving the hospital
  • You have a serious physical illness or a condition affecting the brain (confirm with trial site)
  • You have been diagnosed with another mental health or psychotic condition in addition to schizophrenia
