Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have been diagnosed with cancer of the oesophagus (food pipe) or stomach
- People who have had surgery aimed at fully removing the cancer
- People who are between 4 and 8 weeks after their surgery at the time of joining
- People who are able to read and sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have difficulty communicating
- People whose overall health is considered too poor (confirm with trial site)
- People who have also had surgery to remove the voice box and/or throat (laryngopharyngectomy)
- People who are not considered suitable for the assessments or exercise program involved in the study (confirm with trial site)
- People whose treating doctor determines they are not appropriate for the study for any other reason
