• You have an inflammatory skin condition affecting your scalp, such as psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis (a flaky, itchy scalp condition)
• You have used certain strong medicines that affect the immune system (including immunosuppressants, JAK inhibitors, or steroid tablets) in the last 12 months
• You have a history of serious illness affecting your kidneys, heart, or liver
• You have received chemotherapy treatment in the last 5 years
• You have a condition that affects your blood's ability to clot properly
