Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have been diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Schizophreniform Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, or Delusional Disorder (based on self-report)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are not able to give informed consent to participate in the trial
- People who do not have one of the listed diagnoses (Schizophrenia, Schizophreniform Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, or Delusional Disorder)
- People who are not currently experiencing delusions
- People who are not currently receiving outpatient treatment
- People who are currently receiving a specific type of talking therapy for psychosis known as CBTp (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for psychosis)
- People who do not have access to a personal device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer with wifi or mobile data
