- You have a serious or unstable health condition affecting your heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, gut, hormones, nerves, mental health, immune system, or blood — or any condition that, in the doctor's view, could interfere with the study or means you may have 5 years or fewer to live
- You have previously received any vaccine or treatment targeting a brain protein called amyloid beta, in any other study
- You currently take or have previously taken prescription medication to treat MCI or Alzheimer's disease
- You are unable to have an MRI scan — for example, due to claustrophobia, or because you have certain metal implants or devices in your body such as a pacemaker, stent, or cochlear implant
- A review of your brain MRI scan showed certain abnormalities, such as specific types of bleeding, fluid changes, or significant changes to the brain's white matter (confirm with trial site)
