Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People with chronic calcific pancreatitis, a condition called pancreatic divisum, or a malignancy (cancer) involving the head of the pancreas (confirm with trial site)
- People who have had acute pancreatitis (sudden pancreas inflammation) within 14 days before the ERCP procedure

- People with chronic kidney disease where the kidneys are functioning at a low level (GFR below 30), or people with a sudden decline in kidney function
- People who have an abnormality in the rectum (the lower part of the large intestine)
- People who have active gastrointestinal bleeding, a high risk of bleeding, a very low platelet count (below 50,000/L), or blood clotting levels that are too high to be corrected — conditions that would make taking anti-inflammatory pain medicines (NSAIDs) unsafe
- People who are allergic to NSAIDs (a common type of anti-inflammatory pain medicine, such as ibuprofen)
- People with severe liver cirrhosis classified as Child-Pugh C (a medical measure of advanced liver disease)
- People with unstable body temperature or severe heart or lung disease that would make certain aspects of the trial unsafe (confirm with trial site)
- People diagnosed with a specific bile duct condition known as Type 3 Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction
