Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 50 or older who have been diagnosed with the "wet" form of age-related macular degeneration (AMD), a condition where abnormal blood vessels grow in the eye
- People who are able and willing to attend clinic visits and follow the study procedures

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a known allergy or sensitivity that would prevent them from safely receiving the study drug

- People whose diabetes is not well controlled

- People who have kidney failure, are on dialysis, or have a history of a kidney transplant
- People who have a psychiatric or other medical condition that, in the opinion of the study doctor, would interfere with taking part in or completing the study
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
