Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Adults aged 18 years or older
  • People who have been diagnosed with either ocular hypertension (higher-than-normal eye pressure) or open-angle glaucoma (a common type of glaucoma)
  • People who have had an eye examination within the past year
  • For those with glaucoma: test results showing changes to the optic nerve or surrounding nerve layer, as well as changes in the field of vision, that are consistent with glaucoma

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who are known to have had a bad reaction or intolerance to a medicine called netarsudil eye drops
  • People who have scarring on the cornea (the clear front surface of the eye) or an active corneal condition that would interfere with eye imaging
  • People who are unable to tolerate the eye examination procedure called gonioscopy
  • Women who are able to become pregnant and are not using effective contraception or have not been surgically sterilised
  • People who have any other condition that the trial doctor believes could put them at greater risk or prevent them from completing the trial
