  • You have another serious or unstable health condition that could interfere with the study.
  • You have, or are suspected to have, another significant brain or nervous system condition (other than the one being studied) that could affect your thinking or ability to complete the trial.
  • You have a history of cancer that the study doctor believes has a high chance of coming back during the study period.
  • You have a history of severe allergic reactions to medications or treatments.
  • You have previously received any treatment specifically targeting amyloid (a protein linked to brain disease).
  • You are currently receiving a vaccine or active immunization targeting amyloid-beta.
  • Your brain MRI scan, as reviewed by the study team, does not meet the requirements to enter the study.
  • You are unable to have an MRI or PET scan for any reason (for example, due to a pacemaker or severe claustrophobia).
  • You are unable to have a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) for any medical reason.
