Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma, based on recognised international diagnostic criteria, with disease that can be measured by lab tests at the start of the trial
- People who have already received at least one previous treatment for multiple myeloma
- People whose multiple myeloma has either come back after responding to a previous treatment, or has stopped responding to treatment (confirm with trial site for exact definitions)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently receiving any other cancer treatment, including certain types of radiotherapy, or are taking part in another clinical trial
- People who have had major surgery requiring general anaesthesia within the two weeks before the first dose, who have not fully recovered from surgery, or who have surgery planned during the expected time in the trial
- People with known or suspected allergies or sensitivities to the trial drugs ramantamig or tocilizumab, or to any of their ingredients
- People who have another bone marrow or blood cancer (other than multiple myeloma), a history of another cancer considered at high risk of returning and needing treatment, or any currently active other cancer considered at high risk of returning and needing treatment
- People who have known or suspected involvement of multiple myeloma in the brain or spinal fluid — unless a brain MRI scan and spinal fluid test have both come back negative (confirm with trial site)
