Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis (a condition causing inflammation in the large intestine), confirmed through medical examination, a camera examination of the bowel, and tissue testing
- People whose ulcerative colitis is currently in remission (not flaring up), also confirmed through medical examination, bowel camera examination, and tissue testing
- People aged between 18 and 75 years old

- People who are pregnant
- People who have taken antibiotics or probiotic supplements within the 10 days before their first trial visit
