Who might be able to join this trial:
For people with Subjective Cognitive Decline (self-noticed memory or thinking concerns):
- People who score above a certain threshold on a self-reported memory questionnaire (the specific questionnaire used depends on which study platform is being used — confirm with trial site)

- People whose memory or thinking concerns began within the last 5 years

- People with a formal MCI diagnosis from an NHS memory clinic, made according to recognised diagnostic guidelines
- People aged 65 years or older

- People whose first language is English
- People who meet specific criteria related to race and education background, as part of a structured sampling approach (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have been diagnosed with dementia
- People who do not have the mental capacity to give their own consent to take part in research
- People with a sensory impairment, such as blindness, that cannot be corrected with aids like glasses or hearing devices
- People with a history of neurological injury, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, severe epilepsy, or a brain tumour
- People with another neurodegenerative condition, such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis
- People with a diagnosed learning disability
- People with severe depression, based on a standard questionnaire score, or who have indicated any thoughts of self-harm on that questionnaire
- People currently living with a severe psychiatric condition such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or a psychotic disorder
- People currently experiencing drug or alcohol misuse
- People with a diagnosis of sleep apnoea that is currently untreated
- People with MCI who show significant difficulty with everyday tasks such as managing finances or medications, based on a daily living scale, subject to clinical judgement (confirm with trial site)
