  • People who have been newly diagnosed with a type of brain or spinal cord cancer called primary central nervous system diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (a form of lymphoma that starts in the brain or spinal cord).
  • People whose blood cell counts are at an adequate level — specifically, their white blood cells and platelets must be above certain minimum levels.
  • People whose liver is functioning well enough, based on specific blood test results being within acceptable ranges.
  • People whose kidneys are functioning well enough, based on blood or urine test results being within acceptable ranges.

  • People with serious heart or blood vessel conditions that are not well controlled.
  • People with an active bacterial, fungal, or viral infection that is not well controlled.
  • People with active Hepatitis B or active Hepatitis C infections. People with certain Hepatitis B markers in their blood may still be considered if their virus levels are low, and the trial site would arrange antiviral medication alongside treatment (confirm with trial site).
  • People who have a known allergy or sensitivity to any of the medications used in this trial.
  • People who have another active cancer, unless it is a certain type of well-controlled skin cancer, a very early-stage cancer that has not spread, or a cancer that has been in complete remission for 5 or more years.
  • Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. People who are able to have children and are unwilling to use effective contraception during the trial.
  • People who have other conditions that the trial doctor considers unsuitable for participation.
