Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman aged 18 to 45 years old
- You have been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer (stages I–III) that has been confirmed by a lab test to be hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative (meaning the cancer is fuelled by hormones but does not have high levels of a protein called HER2)
- You have already completed surgery to treat your breast cancer, and any chemotherapy or radiotherapy has also been finished (if you needed it)

- You are willing and able to give written consent to take part in the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- You have breast cancer in both breasts, inflammatory breast cancer, or cancer that has spread to other parts of the body
- You are using the GnRH agonist injection to protect your ovaries during chemotherapy (rather than as a treatment for breast cancer)
- You have had your ovaries removed or destroyed, are planning to become pregnant, or are currently breastfeeding
- You are taking certain other hormone-related medications alongside your current treatment (confirm with trial site)
- You have another serious medical condition that is not well controlled
- You have had another type of cancer in the last 5 years (with some exceptions, such as certain treated skin or cervical cancers — confirm with trial site)
- You are unlikely to be able to attend follow-up appointments, or you have a psychiatric condition that may affect your ability to take part
- You have already been switched from the 3-monthly GnRH agonist injection to a monthly version during your treatment
