Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are scheduled to have, or have already had, a prostate biopsy or surgical removal of the prostate.
- People who have already completed standard pre-procedure scans, specifically a multiparametric MRI and a transrectal ultrasound of the prostate.
- People whose full tissue diagnosis results from their biopsy or surgery are available.
- People aged between 40 and 90 years.
- People who are able and willing to sign a written consent form (this applies to those joining the forward-looking part of the study only).

- People whose medical records or tissue diagnosis information are incomplete.
- People for whom an MRI scan is not safe — for example, due to certain metal implants in the body or severe fear of enclosed spaces (confirm with trial site).
