Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease based on recognised medical guidelines
- You are between 50 and 80 years old
- You have had a specific brain scan (called an Aβ-PET scan) that came back positive for Alzheimer's-related changes
- You have a regular caregiver who can help you take part in daily activities as part of the study
- Any ongoing health conditions you have have been stable for at least 30 days

Who may not be able to join:
- You have a history of epilepsy or seizures
- You are unable to have an MRI scan, or your MRI scan showed significant abnormalities
- You scored above 6 on a standard depression screening tool used for older adults (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently having thoughts of suicide, or have attempted suicide in the past 6 months
- You have another major brain or nervous system condition, such as Parkinson's disease, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia, Huntington's disease, multiple sclerosis, or a history of serious brain infections or multiple concussions, among others (confirm with trial site for the full list)
- You have a psychiatric disorder
- You have severe heart disease, or serious ongoing liver, kidney, or breathing conditions, or poorly controlled diabetes or thyroid disease
- You have had problems with drug or alcohol misuse in the past 12 months
- You are currently receiving a type of Alzheimer's treatment called an anti-amyloid antibody therapy (confirm with trial site)
- You have taken a medication called memantine within the 30 days before the study begins
- Your life expectancy is estimated to be less than 24 months
