- People who are able to perform 25 single-leg squats

- People who are unable to perform 25 single-leg squats on the study leg
- People who have had a new traumatic knee injury or knee surgery since their last visit in the related parent study (IRB #21-34763)
- People who have taken experimental/investigational drugs since their last visit in the related parent study (IRB #21-34763)
- People who have developed new reasons preventing them from having an MRI or receiving the PET tracer since their last visit in the related parent study (IRB #21-34763)
- People who are currently receiving steroid injections
- People who are pregnant
- People who have diabetes
- For healthy volunteers specifically: People who rate their pain as 2 or higher on a standard pain scale during 25 single-leg squats on both legs
