Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You must be 18 years old or older
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), diagnosed using the 2017 international guidelines
  • You must have been experiencing ongoing pain for at least 3 months, with pain rating at least 4 out of 10 on average over the past week

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are taking certain medications that increase sensitivity to light that cannot be changed or stopped (confirm with trial site)
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have a form of epilepsy that is triggered by light
  • You are experiencing an active, acute joint inflammation flare-up at the time of joining the trial
  • Your pain medication has been changed or adjusted in the 4 weeks before joining the trial
  • You are already taking part in another clinical research study at the same time
