Who may not be able to join:

  • You are currently pregnant.
  • You have international travel planned, or any situation that would mean you might not have access to wi-fi or the internet at any point during the study.
  • You have had surgery recently, or have surgery planned, that could affect your ability to be physically active.
  • You are unable to exercise for health reasons, or a doctor has advised you not to exercise for safety or health reasons.
  • You have difficulty walking safely on your own, or you are considered a fall risk (for example, you have had 3 or more falls in the past 6 months).
  • You have had a fall in the past 6 months that resulted in a broken bone or a head injury.
  • You have heart or cardiovascular conditions that could make physical activity unsafe, as determined by your rheumatologist (confirm with trial site).
  • You have diabetes that causes your blood sugar to drop too low after physical activity.
