Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have received Dezawa MuseCells® as part of their normal medical care (not as part of a research study)
- People who are able to give their agreement to take part, or who have an authorised representative who can do so on their behalf
- People who are willing to complete online survey questionnaires at set time points over a 5-year period
- People who have reliable access to email or a mobile device to complete digital surveys
- People who have been diagnosed with a condition for which Dezawa MuseCells® were given, including but not limited to conditions affecting the brain or nervous system, muscles or bones, heart or blood vessels, the immune system, or other long-term degenerative conditions
- People who are able to read and respond to surveys in the language supported by the registry
- People who enrol within 12 months of having received their MuseCell® treatment
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have not received Dezawa MuseCells®, or who received a product that was not a genuine, licensed version
- People who are unable or unwilling to give informed consent, and who do not have a legally authorised representative available to consent on their behalf
- People who are unable or unwilling to take part in long-term digital follow-up over the study period
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial that could affect the results of this registry
- People who have been diagnosed with cancer within the past 12 months, unless their treating doctor determines that taking part would not raise additional safety concerns
- People whose overall situation, in the judgement of the trial investigator, could affect the quality of the data collected (confirm with trial site)
- People who are pregnant or actively breastfeeding at the time of enrolment
