  • People with serious health conditions that would make a fasting program unsafe, such as a very high surgical risk rating, advanced kidney or liver problems, or an eating disorder (confirm with trial site)
  • People with a body weight that falls into the underweight range, defined as a BMI below 18.5
  • People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving a drug or medical device
  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
