Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with advanced breast cancer that has been confirmed by laboratory testing to be HER2-negative (a specific type based on test results)

- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Your cancer cannot be measured or tracked using standard medical imaging criteria (confirm with trial site)
- You have cancer that has spread to the brain or surrounding tissue and is causing symptoms that are not well controlled by treatment
- You have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years, with some exceptions for certain minor or well-treated skin or cervical conditions (confirm with trial site)
- You have a mental health condition or other issue that may make it difficult to follow the study requirements
- You have a serious ongoing health condition affecting your heart, lungs, metabolism, or blood vessels that is not well controlled
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial or took an experimental drug within the last 30 days before joining
- You have a known allergy to any of the drugs or ingredients used in this study
- Your doctor feels there is any other reason that makes it unsafe or unsuitable for you to participate
