Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- You have been diagnosed with high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary hypertension, confirmed by a specific heart test called right heart catheterization) at least 3 months after having a successful heart valve repair procedure called M-TEER, and you have been on recommended medications for this condition for at least 2 months
- Your anatomy and heart condition do not prevent you from having a procedure called PADN (a treatment targeting nerves in the pulmonary artery — confirm with trial site if unsure whether this applies to you)
- You are willing to read, understand, and sign a consent form allowing your health information to be used for the study
- You are willing to follow all required treatment visits and follow-up appointments throughout the study
Who may not be able to join:
- Your heart is not pumping enough blood to meet your body's needs (low cardiac output — confirm with trial site)
- Your kidneys are not working well enough (kidney function below a certain level, measured by a blood test)
- Your heart's pumping strength is significantly reduced (below 30% on an ultrasound of the heart)
- You have a serious blood disorder, a very low platelet count, serious or widespread bleeding, or bleeding in the brain
- You have a whole-body inflammatory disease, cancer, narrowing of certain heart valves, or another heart condition that requires surgery or a procedure
- You currently have an active infection affecting your whole body
- Your overall health is poor due to serious illness affecting multiple body systems
- You have a specific lung condition called pulmonary veno-occlusive disease
- You are in a state of severe physical deterioration (cachexia — extreme unintended weight and muscle loss)
- Your pulmonary hypertension has been classified as WHO Group 1, 3, 4, or 5 (specific medical categories — confirm with trial site)
- You are expected to need another surgery or medical procedure within the next 6 months
- Your life expectancy is less than 12 months
- You have a known allergy to any medications or metal materials used in this study
- You are currently breastfeeding, pregnant, or planning to become pregnant within the next year
