Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have had a respiratory infection (such as a cold or chest infection) in the 4 weeks before the screening appointment
- People who are currently using steroid tablets or steroid injections (oral or intravenous)
- People who are currently taking certain medications that are not permitted in this trial, including some that affect how the body processes drugs, certain migraine medicines, blood vessel-narrowing drugs, medicines that affect heart rhythm, theophylline, or systemic steroids (confirm specific medications with trial site)
- People who have another lung condition, such as COPD, or any condition that would interfere with a breathing test called spirometry
- People whose asthma is not currently stable, or who have unresolved health concerns before starting the trial
- People with significant heart disease or abnormal heart rhythm results that would make a specific study drug unsuitable (confirm with trial site)
- People who have three or more risk factors for coronary artery disease, including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, obesity, diabetes, a strong family history of heart disease, women who have gone through menopause (surgically or naturally), or men over 40 years of age
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who are not willing to use required contraception during the trial
