Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 50 years of age or older
- You are of any gender
- You have been diagnosed with long-term knee osteoarthritis (a condition where the cartilage in the knee wears down over time), confirmed using recognised medical guidelines
- Your knee osteoarthritis has been rated as moderately severe or severe (grade 3 or 4) based on an X-ray assessment
Who may not be able to join:

- Your Body Mass Index (BMI) — a measure of body weight relative to height — is above 40

- You have a condition or are taking medication that would make a joint injection unsafe, such as a weakened immune system, a blood clotting disorder, blood-thinning medication, or a skin infection near the injection site (confirm with trial site)
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to Botulinum toxin (commonly known as Botox) or hyaluronic acid
