Who may be able to join

AI generated eligibility summary. Written by an AI model from the official source data and checked on a sample basis. It can contain mistakes, so confirm anything important against the original source. How we use AI

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who are 18 years of age or older at the time of re-irradiation (receiving radiation treatment again) or when enrolled in the trial
  • People who have been diagnosed with a gynaecologic cancer (such as uterine, cervical, vaginal, vulvar, ovarian, fallopian tube, or related cancers) confirmed through a tissue or cell sample
  • People who have previously received radiation therapy as part of their cancer treatment
  • People whose cancer has come back or continued to grow, and for whom a second course of radiation or a full ablative (tumour-destroying) radiation strategy has been given, is currently underway, or is being planned based on a specialist team's recommendation
  • People whose cancer recurrence or progression has been confirmed through scans, physical examination, tissue testing, or a specialist tumour board review
  • People for whom the minimum required medical records are available, including details of prior radiation treatment, the date of re-irradiation, the extent of disease at that time, and at least one follow-up or survival record (for patients included from past records)
  • People enrolling prospectively (going forward) who have provided written consent where this is required by local rules and ethics approval

Who may not be able to join:

  • People with no record of having received radiation therapy previously
  • People who have not received, and do not have a plan to receive, a second course of radiation or a meaningful ablative radiation treatment
  • People whose medical records are too incomplete to establish the date of re-irradiation, the extent of disease, or follow-up and survival information
  • People whose cancer has spread widely to more than 5 active sites outside the local or regional area, and whose treatment did not include a meaningful local re-irradiation or ablative component — unless a specific sub-study approved by the trial's steering committee applies (confirm with trial site)
  • People who decline to give consent when consent is required under local law or ethics approval
