Who might be able to join this trial:

You are 18 years old or older
You have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease affecting the lower part of the small intestine (called the terminal ileum) or the area where the small and large intestines meet, with either an inflammatory or narrowing type of Crohn's disease, confirmed by scans or during surgery

You are not able to give your own consent to take part in the trial
You need a stoma (a surgically created opening on your abdomen to redirect waste into a bag) before being enrolled into the trial
There is a medical reason why a specific ultrasound technique used during surgery (called IOUS) cannot be used on you (confirm with trial site)
