Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy) showing a specific type called adenocarcinoma.

- People for whom enough medical records, scan results, treatment details, and follow-up information are available for the trial team to assess outcomes.
- For people being enrolled going forward, a willingness and ability to provide consent as required by local ethics and regulatory procedures.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who had more than 10 areas of cancer spread (outside the immediate prostate region) on their initial staging scans.
- People who received radiation to only some of the known areas of cancer spread, leaving other known sites untreated.
- People whose prostate radiation treatment was given with the goal of managing symptoms (palliative) rather than attempting to cure the disease.
- People whose records are missing key treatment or follow-up dates needed for the trial team to assess outcomes.
- People who received a prior curative treatment for prostate cancer before the cancer was found to have spread.
- People whose prostate cancer is a type other than adenocarcinoma.
