Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 12 or older on the day they sign the consent form, and who weigh at least 40 kg before the study begins
- People who have had atopic dermatitis (a type of chronic skin condition causing redness, itching, and inflammation) for at least 12 months before their screening appointment

- People who have, or have had, other skin conditions alongside their atopic dermatitis, including skin infections in the affected area that need treatment with antibiotic or antifungal tablets or injections
- People who have, or have had, an unstable or unpredictable pattern of atopic dermatitis
- People who have ever had long-term unexplained hives (a skin reaction causing raised, itchy welts), or who have had hives from any cause within 4 weeks before the study start
- People whose history of using steroid creams or ointments suggests there may be a high risk of problems if those treatments were stopped
- People who have ever received certain specific treatments before screening, including a medicine called aldesleukin, experimental versions of a protein called IL-2, biological medicines given by injection or infusion for any condition, oral JAK inhibitor medicines, or any experimental treatment for atopic dermatitis (confirm with trial site for the full list)
- People who currently have, or have recently had, an active infection
