Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer
- People whose prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body and is either still responding to hormone therapy, or is no longer responding to hormone therapy
- People who are currently receiving systemic treatment (such as medication taken throughout the body) at the time their cancer shows signs of progressing in a limited way
- People whose cancer progression involves up to five new or returning lesions, identified using a specific type of scan called a PSMA PET/CT or PSMA PET/MRI, while other areas of known disease remain under control
- People who are planned to receive, or have already received, targeted radiotherapy to all areas of limited progression, guided by PSMA PET scan results, as part of their standard clinical care
- People whose radiotherapy is one of several accepted types, including certain precise or high-dose techniques, when considered clinically appropriate (confirm with trial site)
- People for whom enough baseline health, imaging, treatment, and follow-up information is available to meet the registry's data requirements
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose cancer has spread widely at the time of the radiotherapy treatment, in a way that does not fit the definition of limited or "oligo" progression
- People who have more than five new or returning lesions at the time of the progression episode being treated
- People whose radiotherapy is being given purely to manage symptoms and relieve pain, rather than to directly treat and control the areas of progression
- People for whom there is not enough health, imaging, treatment, or follow-up information available to assess the trial's required outcomes
- People whose treating doctor or trial investigator considers registry participation to be inappropriate for any reason
