Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 60 years of age
- People who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia based on standard diagnostic criteria (DSM-5)
- People who have been on a stable antipsychotic medication for at least 4 weeks before joining the trial
- People who are currently admitted to Prof. Dr. M. Ildrem Psychiatric Hospital during the study period

- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People currently taking steroid medications, immune-suppressing drugs, or anti-inflammatory medicines that could affect inflammation-related test results
- People who are being fed through a tube or directly through a drip (intravenous feeding)
- People who have taken part in another interventional clinical trial within the past 3 months
- People whose medical or laboratory records are incomplete
- People who may be unable to complete the full treatment or follow-up appointments
