Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been diagnosed (confirmed by laboratory tissue analysis) with bile duct or gallbladder cancer that cannot be surgically removed or has spread, and is a specific type called adenocarcinoma or adenosquamous carcinoma

  • People who have previously received certain immunotherapy treatments, including drugs that target PD-L1, PD-1, CTLA-4, TIGIT, or other similar immune checkpoint therapies, whether given alone or in combination with other treatments
  • People who have active cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining of the brain or spinal cord
