Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 12 years or older on the day they sign the consent form, and who weigh at least 40 kg before the study begins
- People who have had atopic dermatitis (a type of chronic skin condition causing redness, itching, and rashes) for at least 12 months before the screening visit, as confirmed by the study doctor

- People whose atopic dermatitis has followed an unstable or unpredictable pattern
- People who have ever had chronic hives (a recurring skin reaction causing welts) without a known cause, or who have had hives from any cause within 4 weeks before the study start date
- People whose history of using steroid creams or ointments suggests there may be a risk of problems if those treatments are stopped
- People who have ever received certain specific treatments before screening, including a medicine called aldesleukin, experimental versions of a protein called IL-2, biologic medicines taken as injections or infusions, certain oral medicines that affect the immune system (called JAK inhibitors), or any other experimental treatment for atopic dermatitis
- People who currently have or have recently had an active infection of any kind

US only: Number of participants with an Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) score of 0 or 1 and reduction ≥ 2 points from baseline at Week 24; Non-US regions only: Number of participants with an Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) score of 0 or 1 at Week 24; Non-US regions only: Number of participants with a ≥ 75% reduction in Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) score from baseline at Week 24 (EASI-75)
