Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder with psychotic features, major depressive disorder with psychotic features, schizophreniform disorder, or psychosis that does not fit a specific category.
- People whose psychotic disorder diagnosis is less than two years old.
- People who are able to read, speak, and understand English, as observed by the study team.
- People who are able and willing to sign a consent form showing they understand what the study involves (in some cases, a caregiver who is a legal guardian may sign on their behalf).
- People with an estimated IQ above 65, as measured by a specific reading-based test.

- People whose psychosis is caused by substance use or by another medical condition.
- People who are not experiencing their first episode of psychosis.
