Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older.
- People who have suitable veins that allow blood to be drawn easily.
- People whose blood pressure is at or below 180/100, and whose heart rate is between 50 and 100 beats per minute (a lower heart rate may still be acceptable if it is normal for that person).

- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who currently have, or have a history of, substance abuse that could affect their ability to follow the study procedures or could put their safety at risk.

Primary endpoints
The purpose of this protocol is to provide a mechanism to obtain blood products and other biologic samples that will be used by NIH Intramural Investigators in studies of HIV and other infectious or immune deficiency diseases
