- People who have a confirmed inherited gene mutation in one of the following genes: BRCA1, BRCA2, ATM, or PALB2
- People with no close family history of pancreatic cancer (no parent, sibling, child, grandparent, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew with pancreatic cancer) who are 50 years of age or older
- People who do have a close family member (parent, sibling, child, grandparent, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew) who had pancreatic cancer, where the minimum age for joining is 10 years younger than the age at which the youngest affected family member was diagnosed (confirm with trial site)
