- People who have been clinically diagnosed with Parkinson's disease or a similar movement condition (called "parkinsonism"), AND who either have a close family member (parent, sibling, child, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or first cousin) also affected by Parkinson's or parkinsonism, OR who first developed symptoms before the age of 45
