Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and show at least three of these symptoms: tremor at rest, muscle stiffness, slowness of movement, or problems with balance — or at least two of these symptoms where one side of your body is more affected than the other.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a history of a serious head injury, or have another significant brain, nerve, or mental health condition besides Parkinson's disease or dementia — for example, stroke, multiple sclerosis, depression, or schizophrenia.
- You have a serious illness affecting other parts of your body (confirm with trial site).
- You are unable to lie still for 90 minutes, for example due to pain or severe movement difficulties.
- You have metal implants, a pacemaker, or any other reason why having an MRI scan would not be safe for you.
