Who might be able to join this trial:
For parents:
- You have been diagnosed with at least one anxiety disorder
- You have one or more children between the ages of 2 and 8 living in your care
- You are able to give informed consent to participate
- You can speak English well enough to benefit from the program
For children:
- The child is between 2 and 8 years old

- You have a lifetime diagnosis of schizophrenia, autism, or an intellectual disability
- You are currently experiencing a drug or alcohol use disorder
For children:
- The child has a lifetime diagnosis of schizophrenia, autism, or an intellectual disability
- The child is currently receiving treatment for anxiety
- The child currently has a drug or alcohol addiction
