• People who are willing to have an MRI scan and be checked for any metal implants or past metal injuries before scanning.
• People whose kidneys are functioning well enough, based on a blood test result above a certain level (confirm specific threshold with trial site).
• People who are able to give informed consent to participate.
• People who are willing to return to the study site for all required visits and assessments.
