Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must already be enrolled in one of two specific UAB Parkinson's disease research studies (ask the trial site which ones apply to you).
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test (urine or blood) within 2 days before the imaging scan. Women who have gone through menopause for at least 1 year, or have had a surgical procedure to prevent pregnancy, do not need this test.

- You have a medical reason why you cannot safely have an MRI or PET scan.
- Your Parkinson's disease or another health condition makes it too difficult for you to take part in the imaging (scanning) sessions.
- Your genetic test result (rs6971) shows you are a "low affinity" binder for the tracer used in the scan.
