Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who have had surgery that completely removed the cancer with no cancer cells left at the edges (called R0 resection)
- People who have not previously been treated with a chemotherapy drug called gemcitabine for any cancer

- People who need to take aspirin or anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) on an ongoing basis
- People who have had an allergic reaction, asthma, or hives after taking aspirin or anti-inflammatory drugs
- People with a known allergy to sulfa drugs or similar chemical components found in the study drug
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People with an active stomach or bowel ulcer, bleeding, or perforation
- People with a serious mental illness
- People with severe heart failure
- People with a history of serious cardiovascular (heart or blood vessel) clotting events, or severely uncontrolled high blood pressure
