Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be 18 years of age or older (men and women are both welcome)
- Women who cannot become pregnant, or women who are willing to use adequate birth control during the trial
- Men who are willing to either avoid sexual intercourse or use adequate birth control from the day of the study dose until at least 7 days after

- Anyone who has had a severe allergic reaction or life-threatening allergic response to any drug, the study drug (MB-102), fluorescein sodium, or similar products
- Anyone with a history of seizures
- Anyone with significant cataracts or other eye conditions that would prevent clear eye photographs from being taken
- Staff members directly involved in running this study, or their close family members
- Anyone who is unable to tolerate eye-imaging procedures
- Anyone whose overall health, in the doctor's judgment, makes participation unsuitable — for example, unstable heart or other serious health conditions (confirm with trial site)
- Anyone who has previously been enrolled and received a dose in this same study
