Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have a known allergy to any of the study drugs: Oxaliplatin, Irinotecan, Leucovorin, or 5-Fluorouracil
- People who have serious uncontrolled illness affecting the lungs, heart, liver, or kidneys
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years, with the exception of certain skin cancers or early-stage cervical conditions
- People who have a mental health condition that would prevent them from giving informed consent
- People who are currently taking other cancer-fighting medications
- People who have taken an experimental cancer treatment within the 4 weeks before joining
- People who are known to be HIV-positive
- People who have a history of ongoing diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting (confirm with trial site)
- People who have moderate or severe nerve-related symptoms such as numbness or tingling (confirm with trial site for exact grading)
- People who have had a serious heart attack within the past 6 months, heart failure, or unstable chest pain
- People who have an active infection or inflammation causing a body temperature of 38°C or higher
