Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have previously been diagnosed with colorectal cancer, or where there is a strong suspicion of colorectal cancer based on clinical and imaging results
- People who have stored tissue samples from their colorectal cancer diagnosis available — either as tissue blocks preserved in a special wax (called FFPE blocks) from surgery or biopsy, or at least 10 slides made from that tissue (20 slides is preferred, and tissue blocks are preferred over slides)
- People who are generally well enough to carry out light activity and care for themselves, as measured by a standard health scoring tool called the ECOG performance scale (a score below 2 is required — confirm with trial site if unsure what this means for a specific situation)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who currently have, or have been diagnosed with or had a return of, another cancer within the past 5 years — with the exception of certain low-risk skin cancers, early-stage melanoma that has not spread, or early-stage cervical cancer that has not spread
- People who may not be able to follow the study requirements due to psychological, social, or geographical reasons
- People who have a known infection with HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or syphilis
