Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread or come back, confirmed by a laboratory test, and who have already received standard chemotherapy (and surgery, if the cancer returned after an operation).
• People whose tumour has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12V, or a similar change (G12V) in a gene called HRAS or NRAS, as confirmed by a DNA or RNA test.
• People who have a specific immune system marker called HLA-A*11:01 (a type of tissue marker identified through blood testing).
• People who have cancer that has spread to the brain may still be considered, provided there are fewer than 3 brain spots, each smaller than 1 cm, and they are not causing symptoms (confirm with trial site).
• People aged between 18 and 75 years old.
• People who are in good general health and able to carry out normal daily activities, as rated by a standard medical scale (ECOG score of 0 or 1).
• People who are willing to use reliable birth control throughout the study and for up to four months after treatment ends.
• People who test negative for HIV.
• People who test negative for Hepatitis B, or whose Hepatitis B levels are undetectable on a specific blood test.
• People who test negative for Hepatitis C, or whose Hepatitis C levels are undetectable on a specific blood test.
• People whose blood counts meet minimum levels — including white blood cells, infection-fighting cells (neutrophils), platelets, and haemoglobin — as confirmed by blood tests.
• People whose liver and kidney function fall within acceptable ranges on blood tests, including liver enzymes, bilirubin, and creatinine (a special allowance applies for a condition called Gilbert's Syndrome — confirm with trial site).
• People who are expected to live for more than 12 weeks.
• People who are willing and able to follow all study procedures and attend all required follow-up visits.
• People who are able to understand and sign a consent form and a related legal document.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• People who have a condition that weakens the immune system from birth or otherwise (such as Severe Combined Immunodeficiency Disease or HIV).
