Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with pure autonomic failure (a condition where the nervous system doesn't properly control automatic body functions like blood pressure)
- People who have autonomic failure along with a possible diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (PD), Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), or Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB)
- Healthy adults aged 18 or older

- People who have any implanted medical device that is activated by mechanical, electronic, or magnetic means — such as a pacemaker, cochlear implant, nerve stimulator, or electronic drug pump — as these could be affected by the MRI scanner

- People who have surgical clips in the brain used to treat a brain aneurysm
- People who may have metal fragments in their body, such as from war wounds, or people who work with metal (such as machinists) who may have tiny metal particles near their eyes
- People who are currently pregnant, as the effects of high-powered MRI on unborn babies are not yet fully known
- Anyone under the age of 18
- People who are unable to understand or sign a written consent form for any reason
- People who are unable to follow study instructions or communicate with the research team
- People who have a condition that affects their ability to make informed decisions, including certain psychiatric disorders or significant confusion
- People who are currently prisoners
