Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with, or are suspected to have, a nerve problem affecting the ulnar nerve at the elbow (the nerve that runs along the inside of the elbow, sometimes called the "funny bone" nerve)
- People whose nerve problem has been confirmed by a specific electrical nerve test that meets at least one of a set of standard measurement results (confirm with trial site for exact test values)
- People who are willing and available to follow all study requirements for the full length of the study

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously broken their elbow in a way that required surgery to fix it
- People who have not yet tried non-surgical treatments for this nerve condition, such as wearing a splint at night
- People whose ulnar nerve moves out of its normal position at the elbow during a physical examination
- People who have had this same nerve condition return after a previous surgery to treat it
- People who also have other nerve-related conditions, such as carpal tunnel syndrome or nerve problems in the neck or shoulder area
- People who have serious other health conditions that would make surgery unsafe for them
