Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People aged 18 or older
  • People diagnosed with colorectal cancer or non-small cell lung cancer
  • People whose cancer is locally advanced, cannot be removed by surgery, and/or has spread to other parts of the body
  • People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a certain minimum level, based on a standard medical scale called ECOG (score must be less than 2) (confirm with trial site)
  • People whose cancer can be measured on scans according to standard guidelines, with at least one area of disease larger than 10mm
  • People who have not yet had any systemic treatment (such as chemotherapy) for their advanced cancer
  • People who have stored tumour tissue samples available, or who have at least one tumour that could be biopsied for research purposes
  • People whose cancer is considered suitable for first-line systemic treatment by their treating doctor
  • People covered by French social security, in line with French law
  • People who have read, understood, and voluntarily signed a consent form before any study procedures begin

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who are unable to swallow
  • People who have significant problems absorbing substances through their digestive system
  • People who have previously had an allogeneic bone marrow transplant (a transplant using donor bone marrow)
  • People who have had another type of cancer within the last 2 years, except for certain skin cancers that have been adequately treated, cervical carcinoma in situ, or prostate cancer
  • People with severe or uncontrolled health conditions, including uncontrolled high blood pressure, active uncontrolled bleeding disorders, or active Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or HIV infection
  • People who, in the treating doctor's opinion, should not participate in a clinical trial for any reason, or who may not be able to follow the trial's requirements
  • People who are under legal guardianship or have had their liberty restricted
  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • People who have previously been enrolled in this same trial
  • People for whom first-line systemic treatment is not suitable for any medical reason
