Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with symptomatic myeloma (an active form of blood cancer)
- People whose condition is considered stable by the doctor responsible for their care
- People (or their carer) who are willing and considered able to learn how to give the injection at home themselves
- People who have already received more than 4 injections of bortezomib (a cancer treatment drug) in a hospital or cancer centre

- People who have had an allergic reaction to bortezomib in the past
- People who have had bleeding problems caused by bortezomib in the past
- People who have had severe side effects (grade 3 or higher) from bortezomib in the past
- People whose responsible doctor considers them unlikely to follow the treatment plan as required
- People whose life expectancy is estimated to be less than 6 months
- People who live too far away to be able to receive care from the trial site (confirm with trial site)
